Experience the power with the innovative Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit (PIK). Easily installed between the intake manifold and the cylinder head, this kit allows for the addition of port injectors on high-horsepower K20C1 engines. Designed to work alongside the OEM direct injection system, this kit comes with a PIK adapter plate, custom fuel rail, mounting hardware, and OEM Honda gaskets. The fuel rail has a generous 0.63" bore diameter, expertly made from extruded 6063 aluminum and elegantly engraved for a high-quality look. Each of the 4 ports is equipped with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads, with the top 2 ports requiring 8AN ORB fittings, unless the OEM wiring harness carrier is adjusted.
Included in this kit are insulating spacers and washers that fully protect the fuel rail from heat generated by the cylinder head and transmitted through the mounting bolts. The injectors are positioned at a precise angle to guarantee accurate spraying into the intake ports, as depicted below.
This kit has been specifically designed for top feed fuel injectors with 14mm diameter upper and lower O-rings. It also includes fuel rail mounting brackets that allow for the use of two different height fuel injectors.

If building a custom fuel setup, appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.
NOTES:
- Fuel injectors, port fittings, fuel hose, wiring, injector controller, etc. are NOT included and must be sourced elsewhere.
- Because the PIK will space the intake manifold off the head, a custom throttle body pipe will need to be fabricated. Alternatively, an offset silicone coupler can be used with the OEM throttle body pipe.
